Deposit:

Once you book your stay with us, we’ll place a security deposit hold. We’ll make use of the security deposit in case of failure to comply our internal rules, incidentals or damages to the properties.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations made within 48 hours from the time of reservation, and if the reservation is 14 days prior to the arrival date: full refund
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
To receive 50% refund, guests must cancel at least 7 days before check-in
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
Legal terms:

Any person of legal age who stays at the hotel must send an ID photo The hotel reserves the right of admission when the guest commits immoral acts or scandals, is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotics, or is intended to use the service other than that of the service. Any of the above will be cause for revocation of your reservation without the right to reimbursement.
Check-in will be at4 p.m. and Check-out will be at 11 a.m. the next day.
There will be a 15 min. tolerance to clear the room. . The guest who leaves the room after the check-out time, will be obliged to pay the stay of that day.
The lack of payment will cause instant termination of the accommodation. The hotel may use the public force to demand and carry out the eviction of the room, being able to retain the luggage until the appropriate payment is obtained and judicially or extrajudicially, be awarded with the goods in two-thirds of their appraisal when the sale is impossible.
No person has the right to give accommodation to another person or to receive people outside the reservation.
In the event that a guest becomes ill, their family members must be notified so that they can remove the guest from the hotel. If , the disease is serious or contagious, the nearest health / hospital authority will be notified, and in extreme urgency, the private medical services covered by the guest or family will be notified.

Lost objects or items ​​ in any of the facilities will remain in the custody of the administration for up to 6 months, then they will be disposed of according to the law.
Guests have the obligation to leave the doors, windows, water outlets and electric current closed on their departure, as well as to hand over the key to the administration and notify its loss when the time is greater than 24 hours.
The employees must respect the privacy of the guest and will only have access to the rooms occupied for cleaning purposes, and in cases where the guest's safety is threatened at his request.
Security measures have been taken at the hotel to prevent fires or accidents.
It is strictly prohibited:

- Make annoying noises, provoke altercations, introduce musicians, chemicals or drugs in the rooms; any act that disturbs or bothers other hotel guests.
- Use the rooms for acts prohibited by the law or hold meetings that have the purpose of disturbing the public order or disobeying the current laws or regulations.
- Inappropriate use of electric currents, water, goods and objects in the rooms and common areas of the hotel.
The visits, investigations, inspections and other procedures that the authorities intend to carry out within the rooms in the fulfillment of their functions, will be carried out with the strictest adherence to constitutional guarantees.
When the guest violates this regulation, his contract will be terminated and immediate eviction will be required and carried out with the help of the authorities. The guest won’t have the right to reduce his debt and pay the damages caused by his proceeding.
Any case that is not described in this regulation will be registered through the Tourism Federal Law, its regulations and by a current applicable legislation, as well as the custom and use of accommodation.
The Hotel is not responsible for third party services acquired directly or through the hotel.
